Delete your Casetop account
Delete your Casetop account yourself from casetop.io or the Casetop iOS/Android app: sign in, open Your account from your initials in the top-right corner, type your email to confirm and press Permanently delete my account. Deleted immediately: name, email, sign-in credentials, IP/location records; every session is signed out. The lab you worked with keeps its own business records (cases, invoices, messages) without your identity. A lab's only owner adds another owner first or emails info@casetop.io to close the lab. Can't sign in? Email info@casetop.io and we delete the account within 30 days.
