Casetop is AI-native: nine assistants work across the lab, every one operator-in-the-loop. The AI reads, flags, and drafts — a human always confirms before anything real happens. Reading your work in AI Rx intake — photos, PDFs, and emails of prescriptions are parsed into structured cases with per-field confidence. A tech reviews and accepts; the AI never creates a case on its own. Voice intake & bench notes — tap 🎙 and say the Rx ("crown for Dr. Lee, tooth 14, zirconia A2, due Friday"); dictate case notes at the bench with gloves on. Dentist auto-detect — an order from an unknown sender proposes a new dentist record (or a likely match), parsed from the email and Rx. One confirmed click. Guarding your production AI pre-flight — every new case (typed in or accepted from an intake) is checked for impossible combos (veneer in PFM), invalid tooth numbers, missing shades, unrealistic due dates. Amber advisory banner on the case, ⚠ badge on the board — remakes get caught before they're made. Photo QA — case photos are screened for marginal defects, porosity, and fit concerns; the technician makes the final call (Looks good / Rework). Production → Quality is the remake dashboard: a 30/90/180/365-day window, your remake rate, how many were our fault, what you credited back, the reason mix, and the rate by technician, doctor and material — plus the remakes still on your bench. Running your day Morning huddle — a daily AI production brief: which cases are at risk (overdue, or stuck far longer than your lab's own typical stage times), where the bottleneck is, what to prioritize. Top of the Cases board, and in the admin's inbox once you switch the daily email on (Insights → Email settings). Smart replies — one click (✍️ Draft on the case page) drafts a dentist message from real case state. You edit and send. Thread summaries — ✦ Summarize condenses a long case conversation, on the lab side and in the dentist portal. Watching your business Weekly business review — Sunday email + Insights card: revenue trend, A/R attention items, how your crown pricing compares to the national range, and a dentist watch that flags declining clients with a drafted personal check-in for each. Choose who gets the email (or pause it) under Insights → Email settings; Export PDF saves the review. Collections assistant — payment-reminder drafts on any outstanding invoice (✍️ Draft reminder): gentle under 45 days overdue, firmer after. Case-aware portal assistant — your dentists' AI answers "when will Sarah's crown ship?" from their live cases, deflecting the calls your front desk fields all day. Every AI action is a draft or a flag — never an automatic write. And when the AI is unreachable, every feature falls back to a deterministic version, so nothing goes dark.
