Shipping labels
Buying a label Case page → Shipping label → Get rate. Casetop picks the cheapest USPS/UPS/FedEx rate for your parcel (default 1 lb, 6×4×4 in — adjustable), shows the exact price, and charges your lab's card on file when you click Buy + print. The label PDF opens immediately and the tracking number attaches to the case. The Shipping page Production → Shipping lists today's outbound work: + Outbound shipment buys a label for any case from one place, and End-of-day manifest prints the day's packages for the carrier pickup. Addresses The ship-from address comes from Lab → Settings → Shipping (your physical location, not your registered address). Each dentist's ship-to address lives on their record (Office → Dentists). The recipient phone a carrier prints comes from Practice phone on the doctor’s row (Office → Dentists → Edit) — distinct from SMS phone, which is only used for case-update texts. Carriers ask for it, so fill it in for every doctor you ship to. Cancel & refund Bought the wrong label? Cancel & refund from the case — only unscanned labels qualify; the carrier refund is requested (carriers take a few business days) and the card charge is refunded automatically. No card on file yet? The label flow offers Add a card — a lab admin has to do that step (trialing labs included).
