Subprocessors

Cloudflare (edge, TLS and file storage), Casetop dedicated US servers (application and database), Anthropic (AI reading of prescriptions and case content, not used for model training), OpenAI (voice-to-text, discarded after transcription, not used for model training), Twilio/SendGrid (email and SMS to your dentists and staff), Intuit QuickBooks Online (invoice and payment sync, only if you connect it), and EasyPost (shipping labels, only if you buy them). Everything else we run never receives lab or patient data. Thirty days' notice before we add a vendor that handles PHI.
