Seazona's published tiers meter monthly case volume — 250 cases on Starter at $89, 500 on Professional at $129, 1,200 on Premier at $249, unlimited at $599 — and the doctor portal, technician portal, scanner integrations and mobile access all begin at the $129 tier. Casetop's tiers are sized by technician count, cap no cases on any plan, and gate no features behind price: the white-label dentist portal and unlimited portal accounts are on every tier, including Solo at $89. Which is cheaper depends on your cases per technician, and both directions are shown honestly: a lab running 1,400 cases on a small bench pays $599 on Seazona and $189 here, while a 14-technician lab at 400 cases a month pays $129 there and $349 here. Casetop also reads a paper, emailed or dictated prescription, extracting doctor, restoration, material, shade and due date in about thirty seconds for a technician to confirm.
